Jay is highly personable, creative, versatile, and experienced human resource professional with a history of managing Training and Development/Organization Effectiveness organizations for companies such as Altera, Intel, Nortel and Tandem Computers. He has consistently uncovered important internal opportunities for organizations; designed, planned and implemented large-scale programs, and started up departments. He has worked with a wide range of organizations including sales, finance, marketing, technical services, manufacturing, R&D, Customer Service, and many others.
